This tutorial will show you HOW TO MAKE, LAY AND LOOP the RUBBER LOOM BANDS to form this shape.

This LOOM-LESS MEDIUM STARFISH CHARM uses
15 PINK Rubber LOOM Bands
21 TAN RUBBER LOOM BANDS.
Or you can you any colors of your choice.
